Alpha titles are different editorial cuts or variations of a parent title product. The alpha title feature is only available after a GPMS title has been selected.

Step 1: On the edit metadata page, navigate to the ‘Title’ metadata field and enter a GPMS title. Search by movie, series, GPMS ID, Walker ID, or AKAs or click ‘Advanced’ to open the ‘Advanced Title Search’ modal.

Step 2: Your selected GPMS title will appear under ‘Selected Titles’. Click , to add an alpha title.

Step 3: Select an alpha title from the dropdown list.

Note: To remove the selected alpha title, click . Click , to view the alpha title’s information.

Step 4: After all metadata has been entered, click ‘Apply’ to save your modifications.
