Folder Access


Step 1: Click , and select ‘Admin’ from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Click ‘Folders’ in the navigation bar. Locate the folder you’d like to update and click ‘Users’ under the ‘Access’ column. Click to expand the folder structure or click to collapse the folder structure.

Note: The button name is dependent on how many users are already subscribed to that folder. For example, if there are two subscribes to that folder, button will read “2 Users”.

Step 3: You’ll be navigated to that folder’s access page where you can review each assigned users’ folder permissions.

Subscription Preferences

Subscription preferences determines how you can manage your search and folder subscription settings. These settings are tied to your Runner account and will be loaded whenever you log into Runner, even across different machines and browsers.

Share History

The Activity Page displays your asset’s upload status, share history, and file request history. The Share History page lets you review and modify your share history.

Create a Cart

Create an Email Share

Runner determines whether you can share either single or multiple assets based on your user permissions. Begin by navigating to the Asset Detail page and selecting ‘Share’ after clicking the  icon.
