Burn-in watermarking is a process in which Runner creates a new video with the text burned in. These burned-in video and PDF document assets are available for streaming and download. Burn-in watermarking is a permission-based feature.
Step 1: On the edit metadata page, navigate to the ‘Title’ metadata field and click ‘Advanced’.
Step 2: The ‘Advanced Title Search’ modal will appear. Enter a GPMS title by searching by movie, series, GPMS ID, Walker ID, or AKAs. As you type in the search bar, the table will populate with search results.
Step 3: Further refine your search results by entering a year, season, episode, product type, or made for media category. Select a title from the table by selecting, and click ‘Close’.
Step 4: After all metadata has been entered, click ‘Apply’ to save your modifications.
Alpha titles are different editorial cuts or variations of a parent title product. The alpha title feature is only available after a GPMS title has been selected.
Copying assets determines whether that asset can live in multiple folders. Any metadata that’s modified to one asset will be applied to all linked copies.
Linked assets are two or more assets grouped together. For example, link a script to a trailer or link multiple video segments together to help users locate associated assets with ease.
Archived assets are in a different storage solution that need to be retrieved in order to download or share the assets from Runner. The retrieval process takes around 5-6 hours.
