Global Search

Runner's search engine takes advantage of the assets’ metadata so that you can find the assets you need most effectively.

Step 1

Enter (or copy and paste) a filename in the Search bar. Assets returned will be displayed, sorted by relevance.

Pencil.jpg Note: For some assets, you will see a UR icon.png icon. This indicates that there is a Usage Restriction on the asset. For more information, see the Usage Restriction page.

Lightbulb14.jpg Quick Tip: Runner search operates like more of a relevance engine rather than an exact match tool. For example, if you search ‘Blacklist’, the top result will be the asset that displays the word ‘Blacklist' the most times in the asset record (filename, metadata, description, etc).

Pencil.jpg Note: If however, you search for ‘TBR-100_20160411-VS_1146.JPG’, there’s probably only one asset that matches that criteria, and hence the results set will be much smaller.

Other advanced search phrases:

Exact Match "Breaking Bad" (any words or spaces between quotes)

This or That Unit OR "Special Shoot"

Do Not Include -Watson
