Share History

You can navigate to the Activity Page at any time by clicking ‘Activity’ in Runner’s navigation bar. The Activity Page shows your asset’s upload status, share history, and file request history. The Share History page lets you review and edit your share history.

Active

The Active sub-tab lists all shares that are currently active. To review a specific share, click the Activity page expand.png icon and the share's details will be displayed underneath. To collapse the upload's details, click the Activity page collapse.png icon.

Pencil.jpg Note: Next to each share are a number of icons indicating the type of share and its permissions. For more information on permissions and types of shares, see Share Single Asset, Share Multiple Assets, and Protected Shares

The Download.png icon indicates the assets in the share were downloadable

The Glasses.png icon indicates the assets in the share were preview only

The Lock.png icon indicates the share was a protected share

The Unlock.png icon indicates the share was not a protected share

The Share link.png icon indicates assets were shared via a share link


Pending Share History.png

Pending

The Pending sub-tab lists all shares that are pending. To review any of your shares in detail, simply select the share from the list.

The Download.png icon indicates the assets in the share were downloadable

Expired Share History.png

Expired

To review any of your expired shares in detail, simply select the share from the list.

Share Info

After selecting a share, a modal will appear with the following details: the assets shared, the recipients, the subject line in your email, the message, and the expiration date. If at any time you want to deactivate a share, click the Kill Share.png button.

Pencil.jpg Note: By killing the share, the share will expire automatically and recipients will no longer be able to view it.

Stats

In the Stats sub-tab, you can review how many times the assets have beed viewed and/or downloaded, as well as the last time your share was opened.
