Navigate Folders

Step 1

Click on ‘Folders’ on the Runner navigation bar. Then click on a folder to navigate to the assets and subfolders in the folder.

Step 2

Click on theFolder tree icon.pngicon to view the upper level folders or click on the ellipsis icon Ellipsis 2.png next to theFolder tree icon.pngicon to go up one level.

Pencil.jpg Note: The folders that appear are based on the user's permissions.

Pencil.jpg Note: For some assets, you will see a UR icon.png icon. This indicates that there is a Usage Restriction on the asset. For more information, see the Usage Restriction page.


Asset Details

This section describes the process of viewing asset details from Folders in Hybrid, List, and Grid View.

Step 1

Navigate to a folder to view its assets and subfolders. To view asset details click on the TagIcon.png icon on the asset you would like to view.

Pencil.jpg Note: For some assets, you will see a UR icon.png icon. This indicates there's a Usage Restriction on the asset.

Pencil.jpg Note: Switch to hybrid view by selecting the view button and select hybrid from the menu. Hybrid view provides the same functions that can be performed in list view.

Step 2

After clicking on the TagIcon.png icon, the filter drawer will toggle to the metadata drawer.

Pencil.jpg Note: The TagIcon.png icon will change to the TagsIcon.png icon, signifying that you're viewing that asset's details in the metadata drawer.

Step 3

To switch back to the filters drawer, click on the FilterToggle.png icon in the upper left hand corner of the drawer which changes the metadata drawer back to the filters drawer.

Pencil.jpg Note: The TagsIcon.png icon shows that the asset is still selected and allows you to toggle between the filter and metadata drawer to view that asset's details. By deselecting the TagsIcon.png icon, you're disabling the metadata drawer.

Step 4

When there is no TagIcon.png icon selected on an asset, the metadata drawer is disabled and you're only able to view the filters drawer.

List View

In Runner, you can also view asset details from list view. To switch to list view, select the view button and select list from the menu. List view provides the same functions that can be performed in hybrid and grid views.

Grid View

In Runner, you can also view asset details from grid view. To switch to grid view, select the view button and select grid from the menu. Grid view provides the same functions that can be performed in hybrid and list views.


Asset Status Icons

In Runner, a number of icons are used to indicate the file type and status of an asset. Please refer to the chart below for the list of indicator icons.
