Move a Single Asset

Step 1

Locate with asset you would like to move to a different folder.

Select 'Move to Folders' from the Coral context menu.png icon.

Using theBubble empty 2.pngicon, select the folders you would like to move to. TheBubble checked 2.pngicon indicates a successful selection. TheBubble check gray.png icon indicates that the asset already exists in that folder.

You can expand folders using the Folder expand.png icon or collapse folders using the Folder collapse.png icon.


Step 4

After selecting the folders you would like to move the asset to, click ‘Confirm’. You will now find the asset in the folders you selected.


Pencil.jpg Note: Upon moving the asset, it will no longer exist in the folder you originally found it in. If you would like to have the asset remain in its original folder while also copying it to other folders, please see Copy Assets to Folders


Move Multiple Assets

Step 1

Locate with assets you would like to move to a different folder.

Using theBubble empty 2.pngicon, select the assets you would like to move.

Select ‘Move to Folders’ from the Coral context menu.png icon at the top right corner of the page.

Using theBubble empty 2.pngicon, select the folders you would like to move to. TheBubble checked 2.pngicon indicates a successful selection. TheBubble check gray.png icon indicates that the asset already exists in that folder.

You can expand folders using the Folder expand.png icon or collapse folders using the Folder collapse.png icon.


Step 4

After selecting the folders you would like to move the assets to, click ‘Confirm’. You will now find the assets in the folders you selected.

Scheduled Action

Scheduled Action allows the user to copy or move assets at a later date.

Step 1

Click on ‘Folders’ in the Runner bar and select a folder.

Step 2

Select asset(s) to schedule.

Step 3

In the drop down, select copy or move.

In the pop up, select destination folder and click “schedule” option.

Step 5

Enter date and time. When the copy/move is complete, an email confirmation will be sent.
