Linked Assets

Linked assets allows you to group two or more associated assets. Some examples include linking a corresponding script to a trailer or linking various video segments together to help users find associated assets with ease.


Link assets

Step 1

Locate and select the assets you would like to link.

Click the Context menu.png icon and select the ‘Link Assets’ option from the menu.

A flash will appear to confirm that you have successfully linked the assets.


Search

Locate and select the assets you would like to link.

Click the Context menu.png icon and select the ‘Link Assets’ option from the menu.

View linked assets

Hover over the Linkedasseticon.png icon to view the number of assets linked with the current asset.

Click the Linkedasseticon.png icon to view the other assets linked with the current asset.


Unlink assets

Step 1

Select which asset(s) you would like to unlink.

Click the Context menu.png icon and select the ‘Unlink Assets’ option from the menu.

A flash will appear to confirm that you have successfully unlinked the assets.
