Delete Assets from a folder

Single Asset

Step 1

Find the asset you would like to delete.

Step 2

Select ‘Delete’ from the Coral context menu.png icon.

Click ‘Confirm’ to delete.

Warning.jpg Warning: Deleting an asset in this method only removes it from the folder that the user is currently viewing. To remove the asset from Runner altogether, it must be deleted from all folders it exists in.



Multiple Assets

Step 1

Locate the files you would like to delete within the same folder.

Using theBubble empty 2.pngicon, select the asset(s) you would like to delete. TheBubble checked 2.pngicon indicates a successful selection.


Step 2

After selecting the assets, use the Context menu.png icon to select 'Delete Selected'.

Step 3

Select 'Confirm' to delete the assets.

Delete an Asset from multiple folders through Search

Step 1

Locate the asset you would like to delete using the search bar. Find the asset in the results page.

Select ‘Delete’ from the Coral context menu.png icon.

Step 3

Using theBubble empty 2.pngicon, select the folders from which you would like to delete the asset. TheBubble checked 2.pngicon indicates a successful selection.


Step 4

After selecting all folders, select ‘Confirm’ and the assets will be removed from the folders you selected earlier.


Pencil.jpg Note: The asset will only be removed from the folders you selected. Unless you selected all folders, the asset will still exist in folders you did not select.
